Future JP Jaguars,

What an awesome opportunity we have. As you know Jackson Park is becoming the 5th and 6th Grade Building for the entire Wyoming Public School District (Jackson Park Intermediate School). That means new kids, teachers, construction, programs, and we can’t wait.

We would like your help in planning our new school. As parents of our future students we want to know what is important to you when planning for next year. With that in mind we have the following opportunities available for you and your kids to share your thoughts and suggestions.

April 20-23 We will be visiting all 4th and 5th Grade Classes to talk to your kids about their ideas.

April 28       7:00-8:30 Information Session at Jackson Park. We will meet in the Gym for a few minutes then you are invited to walk around and get to know the building.

May 4, 11, 18,    We invite you to come in to JP and have coffee and donuts at 8:30. This will be a casual time to talk about your ideas and thoughts. Come to one, or come to them all if you wish.

May 11-14 4th and 5th Graders come to Jackson Park for visitations during the school day. This will give them a chance to see us again and take a tour of the building.

Early August   Summer Information Letters go home with items such as daily time schedules, bus, lunch, and medical forms.

August 18 Class Lists posted in building. Come find out who your teacher is.

August 25 5th Grade Meet and Greet. Come in and meet your teacher, find your desk, and get your school supply list.

August 26     6th Grade Meet and Greet. Come in and meet your teacher, find your desk, and get your school supply list.

September 8 First Day of School.

We understand that some of you may not be able to attend our Open House or Morning Coffee Meetings. Please feel free to use the attached form to send us any ideas or thoughts about the new building. Drop them off to Jackson Park Office or send them to me at:
